Shipping Information
We process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Malaysia Orders
Standard Shipping:
West Malaysia (Peninsular) - 1-3 days
East Malaysia - 3-7days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier delays, customs clearance, or unexpected circumstances.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email
You can track your parcel through the courier’s website.

Undeliverable / Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed parcels, we can:
- Reship the order (additional shipping fee may apply), or
- Provide a refund minus the original shipping fees.
